Hi, I’m Deanna Perkins, owner of Hair with Flair Salon & Suites. With over 30 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist, I’ve dedicated my life to the art of hair. As a Master Colorist and Artistic Educator with Pravana, I’m passionate about not only creating beautiful hair but also inspiring and educating others in the industry.

Amanda has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2009 and has proudly been part of the Hair with Flair family since its opening in 2015. She was voted the top 10 hairdressers 2025 by Local Life Magazine. With a deep passion for color and style, she has completed advanced training to become a master colorist in two leading color lines and has also undergone extensive education in precision haircutting.
Throughout her career, Amanda has had the privilege of working alongside some of the most talented stylists in the industry, continually learning and growing from their expertise. Her goal is always to enhance each client’s natural beauty through her artistry - but for Amanda, the most rewarding part of her work is the opportunity to share the love of Jesus with everyone who sits in her chair.

Katy Parr-Williamson, voted a local favorite for 2025, has been a licensed Massage Therapist since 2000. She specializes in a wide range of extended services, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, fire cupping, Swedish massage, hot stone therapy, reflexology, and prenatal massage. Katy also offers detoxifying foot treatments, body wraps, scrubs, and spa facials.

As a certified professional spray tan artist, my goal is to leave every client feeling confident, radiant, and beautiful. I believe there’s no such thing as a “one size fits all” spray tan, so I custom mix every solution to perfectly match each client’s skin tone and desired result.
With years of experience and hundreds of clients, I’ve perfected a technique that includes pH balancing prep spray, a tan-extending moisturizer, and a finishing powder—every detail designed to help you achieve the ultimate glow.
At Sun On The Run, my tanning room is a safe, judgment-free space where negative self-talk is not allowed. I believe every body, just as God created it, is beautiful and worthy of pampering. Let me help you feel your absolute best, one custom tan at a time!

Deanna’s Apprentice
Brenlee is currently a senior at Joshua High School and is working to earn her cosmetology license in their Cosmetology Program. She has already completed 700+ hours towards her license, and is working closely alongside Deanna and the Hair With Flair team to learn valuable skills to prepare her for her future as a professional in the beauty industry.
In addition to working on our team, Brenlee serves as Captain of the JHS Sweethearts Dance Team and enjoys serving with her church youth group.
